The purpose of using personalised graphics is to give the reader a feeling of being contacted personally. Thay give an impression that some effort has been taken to make contact with that person (which is true) and that they have been singled out for special treatment.
When preparing an image for personalised graphics, a typeface is selected and modified, often they are generated from scratch, these are then imported into the software and an area is designated for the letters to appear. Once the preparation has been completed an adapted database is required to instruct the software to create a separate image for each person in the list. When the images have been generated a personalised print file is produced to commit the project to paper (or the internet in the case of electronic documents).
We are continually working on new ideas for personalised graphics and ways to use them. Please contact us if you have an idea for a new scheme, because the costs for development of the scheme are greatly reduced if it can be offered to other customers.
As well as supplying the finished product, we are happy to supply images only or even prepare schemes for digital printers who have personalised graphics and print facilities, please enquire for details.
Remember, a document with personalised images is a document that gets attention.
